Mė 1986 Organizata Muslimane e Edukimit (MET), e cila selinė e kishte nė Mbretėrinė e Bashkuar, nėn udhėheqjen e Gulam Sarvar, kishte siguruar regjistrimin (1971) dhe informatat qė ua kishin lėnė nė dispozicion ambasadat e vendeve pėrkatėse nė Londėr. Nga tė dhėnat e regjistrimeve (1971), shihet se numri i popullatės sė vendeve tė pavarura islame ishte 784.500 milionė, ndėrsa numri i muslimanėve ku ata ishin pakicė, arrinte nė 308 milionė banorė.
Enciklopedia Britanike e vitit 1994 e 1995 ka dhėnė statistika pėr shtimin e popullatės muslimane. Enciklopedia Britanike tė dhėnat e saj i ka marrė nga burimet e Organizatės sė Kombeve tė Bashkuara.
